If Plenareno cancels/postpone the conference or the event for any reason, a full refund minus the service charge (10%) of payment gateway and (5%) bank conversion charges of the paid registration fee will be initiated to the registrant. You can also use the amount to register for any other Plenareno conferences occurring within 2 years from the date of cancellation or postponement. Attendees should take care of the travel restrictions from the local embassy website or travel agents before registering for Plenareno conferences. Situations, where the registration needs to be canceled and transfer of registration is not possible, below are the arrangements which can be made: Since for arrangements like venue booking, printing, shipping, hotels and other overheads payments are done in advance, we had to keep Refund Policy in as following slabs - Before 60 days of the Conference: Eligible for full Refund (excluding payment gateway and bank conversion charges) Before 30-60 days of the Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund (excluding payment gateway and bank conversion charges) Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund For discount fee of more than 25%, only 50% refund will be intiiated before 45 days of the conference and no refund within 45 days of conference dates.
